Enhanced Access to Appointments – From September 16th 2024 

At Clapham Family Practice, as part of the Clapham Primary Care Network, we offer additional appointment times to give you more flexibility:

Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

These appointments are in addition to our regular clinic times, providing you with more options to fit your schedule.

You may be seen at a different practice for these appointments, but we’ll let you know the location when you book. The schedule is:

Weekdays (Mon-Fri 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Clapham Family Practice

Saturdays (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM): Sandmere Practice, 10-14 Sandmere Rd, London SW4 7QJ 

During these times, you can see different healthcare professionals, including GPs, physiotherapists, pharmacists, or nurses. Rest assured, your regular GP will have access to the records from these visits to ensure continuity of your care.
