  • The GP Annual Survey ordinarily takes place at this time of year.  We sincerely believe that patients who are happy often do no feel the need to feed back quite as strongly as those who are not. We would encourage all of our patients who are happy with our services to also add their voice. 

Track my Hospital Referral

If your GP/Nurse/Physiotherapist  has referred you to a specialist for further care, you will receive a letter from us within 2 weeks giving details of how to book your appointment and any passwords you may need.

Please read this letter carefully as it will state whether you are required to book an appointment or if the hospital will contact you about one.

If you need to book your appointment or  have not heard from the hospital within two weeks of receiving the letter,  you can track your referral.

To track your e-Referral you will need the following details

  • Your date of birth
  • Reference number – this will be on the first page of your letter
  • Password – this will be on the second page of your letter
