Clapham Family Practice will be closed for staff training on Wednesday 29th November 2023 from 12.30 pm. The surgery will resume as normal, as of the morning on Thursday 30th November 2023 at 8 am.
If the reason that you are calling is urgent and cannot wait until we reopen on 7th September 2023 then please call 020 8175 0143, and you will speak to a GP who will assess your problem and arrange appropriate care.
In a medical emergency, please telephone 999 or for advice, telephone 111.
On contacting the practice for an appointment the reception staff will ask you questions around your query so we may offer you the best service to attend. Where we assess there to be a medical urgency we may offer you a same day appointment otherwise we will try to offer an appointment within two weeks. We may also direct your call to other appropriate services like 111 if we have reached capacity on the day. This is in-line with the new contractual obligation.
